This stunning late 19th century /early 20th century french carved oak armoire is offered in good condition. The armoire consists of 2 beautiful shaped bevelled mirrored doors with fluted oak frames, the doors open to reveal a spacious storage area with some hanging and shelving. The armoire has a carved canopy with a central motif and finials. There are two fluted columns either side of the mirrors. The base has an exposed drawer and stands on turned oak feet.
The armoire completely dismantles for ease of transportation and delivery.
The interior has 2 shelves, one with hanging space and another shelf which could be adjustable. A very unique find!

Condition report
In lovely antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, fading and stains to the top , further marks and scratches to the sides, front and interior.
The armoire remains structurally solid and sound. The doors have a slight gap at the bottom when closed however it doesn't detract from its beauty. Overall, a great example of its kind. Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home! We would recommend strapping the armoire once in place as its very tall.
